My professional work focuses on how businesses operate, how people get work done, and where technology can make a useful difference.
I bring nearly two decades in healthcare and dentistry to that work, alongside experience in entrepreneurship and project management. My perspective comes from working within demanding service environments as well as building businesses and creative projects of my own.
Business and operational strategy
A business problem is not always a technology problem.
I begin with the work itself: what needs to happen, who is responsible, where information is being lost, and what makes execution harder than it needs to be. That understanding helps distinguish a process that needs clarification from one that would benefit from a better system.
My experience includes coordinating work across clinical, administrative, and operational teams, managing competing priorities, and addressing the practical constraints that affect service delivery.
Applied AI
I apply AI to business strategy, operational challenges, and creative production.
That can involve organizing information, developing useful working materials, examining a process, or building a repeatable production workflow. The starting point is the task and its requirements, rather than the newest tool.
I also consider what should remain human: decisions that require context, accountability, relationship-building, or careful review.
Project management and execution
As a PMP-certified professional, I bring a structured approach to moving work from an idea into execution.
That means defining the intended result, identifying dependencies, establishing responsibilities, and keeping decisions visible as a project develops. A plan should help people do the work, not become another layer of work itself.
